of the photographer (Roger - sorry, I miss-placed the last name).
Roger writes that he would go to the tower on Sunday afternoons and visit
with the op/dispatcher Robert
Mourning of Winona, MN. Robert
would stay at the Burlington Hotel and commute to Newport
from Winona by train.
