VENDORS - IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!
Due to construction and remodeling at Woodbury High School, some locations where our tables were set up in the past are no longer available. What this means to you, is that the location(s) that you may have had for the last 5 to 10 Fleamarkets may not exist anymore. Table numbers have been reassigned and you may be moved to a new location within our usable space.
** Thanks to all that vendors that allowed us to observe the following schedule - I had a lot of feedback from the vendors and even though we got started a bit later then we wanted, it went so smooth!! You deserve a big thanks, it was because of your cooperation. Nice job!!! **
Hours of Operation
Over the course of the last few fleamarkets, we have
not done a very good job of enforcing the hours of setup. This has
caused some frustration for some of our vendors and because of this, we
do apologize. however, in order to rectify this problem, we must
ensure that all tables are setup and labeled PRIOR to the entrance
of our vendors. You may have noticed that some vendors are allowed
in early and you should know why: these vendors have committed to
assist in the setup and preparation of all tables before they are allowed
to setup their own tables.
The following schedule will be enforced:
7:00 am to 8:45 am (or earlier if tables are complete) - Table setup
8:45 am (or earlier if tables are complete) to 10:00 am - Vendor setup
10:00 am to 3:00 pm - Public welcome
Table Floor Plans
Some floor plans WILL be changing! The following data is no longer valid. I will let you know when they have been revised.
Notice that we have numbered the tables in respect to their location. Main Room West has tables from 1 through 111. Main Room East has tables 201 through 247 and the hallway sections are 301 through 323, 401 through 413 and 501 through 514. This should help you readily locate your table or tables.
